Membership

The Dorseyville Middle School PTO supports our teachers, parents, and students through activities and fundraising efforts.

During the past few years, we’ve helped to fund an art project to decorate the stairwell with yarn, supported the Turkey Trot, staffed the school store, bought a sound system for the school, gave teachers dinner on curriculum nights, and organized volunteers for end-of-year Field Day activities.

Our most recent goals are to support classroom STEAM initiatives, project-based learning activities, kindness initiatives, and homebase enrichment programs.​

The PTO needs you!

Membership is free (donations welcome, of course!) and you don’t need to volunteer or attend our meetings. We just want to know we have your support! Knowing that you support us is great. How you support us is up to you.

The DMS PTO appreciates help of all sorts. Teachers sometimes need classroom speakers. The school store needs volunteers. We have luncheons for staff appreciation. We produce the student directory. We organize and staff events. And, possibly most important, classes and teams need funding for all the amazing projects they do for our kids.
